Safe Radon Solutions, LLC (SRS) offers the following limited express warranty related to the mitigation system installed at your property.  The following is an abbreviated version of the full warranty, which is included with every mitigation system installation contract.

 

WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS

SRS agrees, at its sole cost and expense, to correct or replace during the three-year period immediately following the date of installation, any part of the ASD which, due to faulty materials or workmanship, is found mechanically defective under normal use. 

 

MITIGATION SYSTEM FAN

For purposes of this warranty, the ASD covered under this express warranty does not include the fan unit. The fan unit carries a separate five-year manufacturer’s warranty, to which SRS is not responsible for nor a party to. If the fan unit is found to be defective within the warranty period and the manufacturer agrees to have the fan replaced, SRS can perform the installation of the new fan and SRS shall charge you a reasonable fan replacement fee for this service.

 

RADON IN AIR LEVELS

SRS warrants that the mitigation system will maintain radon gas levels below the EPA recommended action level of 4.0 pCi/L for a period of 5 years from the date installation is completed. The fan installed as part of the mitigation system must be kept running continuously (24 hours per day) for this warranty to remain in effect. A mechanical failure of the fan or your failure to run the fan continuously voids this warranty.

 

The above warranties are fully transferable upon the sale of your property. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRS provides no other warranties, whether express or implied, in connection with their performance of services or in connection with the mitigation unit installed at your property.
